- Tailor your CV or application, focusing on skills and achievements that are most relevant.
- Keep it clear and honest — we’re more interested in you than fancy wording.
Using AI (Yes, It’s OK!)
AI tools can be helpful when used thoughtfully. For example, you might use AI to:
- Research our organisation, industry, or role
- Help you structure your CV or think through examples
- Practise interview questions or summarise your experience
Remember:

👉 Avoid copying and pasting AI-generated answers word-for-word.
👉 Be ready to explain anything you submit in your own words during the interview.
Interview Preparation: What We’re Really Looking For
Interviews aren’t about catching you out — they’re a two-way conversation. We want to understand how you work, what motivates you, and how you might fit into the team.
A few easy ways to prepare:

- Join the call a few minutes early
