Today, we operate from three UK mills , Kirkcaldy (Fife), Silloth (Cumbria) and Maldon (Essex) producing a broad range of flours for everyone from large food manufacturers and supermarkets to local craft bakers.

The wider milling group (including Carrs mills) was sold to Whitworth Brothers Limited in September 2016, strengthening long term backing and investment across the mills.
